Biography

Bidhu Bhuson Nath Palash

Bidhu Bhusan Nath Palash began his career as a junior in a busy civil chambers in Chandpur about 10 years under the ex-president of chandpur bar association, Leaned Advocate Md. Ibrahim Khalil, and before that a two years criminal practice under another ex-president learned Advocate Ikbal bin Basar and about a year under ex-secretary learned Advocate Shahidulla Patwary. Drafting plaints and sitting in on hundreds of hearings before he argued his first case. That early apprenticeship shaped how he practices now: methodically, with a strong basis toward preparation over performance.

Today the chambers takes on civil, family, criminal and property matters, with a particular focus on clients navigating the court system for the first time — tenants, small business owners, and families going through disputes that are unfamiliar and often urgent.

Outside of formal retainers, the chambers sets aside time each month for legal aid consultations, reachable directly over WhatsApp.

"Most people who walk into chambers aren't looking for legal theory — they're looking for someone to tell them, plainly, what happens next. That's the job before it's anything else."
